Quality Control Department, directly managed by the General Manager, includes IQC, FQC, OQC, instrument calibration team and customer complaints team. Under the guidance of our quality policy of “assure quality by quality control; serve customers with quality products; put customers’ needs first; seek continuous improvement!”, we have established quality objectives for all procedures. Inspectors who are trained and tested qualified have operated in strict accordance with the ISO9001 quality management requirements in each procedure.
Equipped with high-precision testing instruments, Quality Control Department adopts SPC, FMEA, CPK and other statistical techniques to ensure and constantly improve product quality.
If customers are dissatisfied with our products, Quality Control Department will send personnel to deal with the situation in a timely manner and give them a satisfactory reply within the promised time! As for some special materials and products, we have set up special warehouses with constant temperature and humidity to assure product quality!
